Each acquisition is accompanied by full documentation by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) . The certification includes carat weight, color as well as cut or dimensions of the precious gemstone.

Should the Buyer choose to incorporate a natural color diamond or precious gemstone into a custom jewelry creation, Griffin and Highbury Inc., will provide a certificate issued by an independent professional gemological appraiser attesting as to the approximate retail replacement value.

  • Before we ship your order, we just need to get your credit approved. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed.
  • We will not charge your your credit card until the order has been shipped.
  • Rings, bespoke jewellery and customized orders (e.g. Family Jewelry, Designer or specialty items) may require additional processing time due to ring sizing and other custom requirements. We just want to make sure we get your order perfect.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can’t be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you within two (2) business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND MORE

We’re confident that you’ll love your purchase; however, you may return your items for any reason within 10 days of the date of delivery and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange, store credit or a refund. Contact us and we’ll be happy to promptly respond with a resolution. Please be sure to read through our full policy listed below before making your purchase or to answer any questions before contacting your ice.com support team.

WHAT YOU CAN RETURN

GH only accept returns on items in new brand condition* with the any original packaging and materials, including gift boxes and/or certificates of authenticity. Any item that has been in the customer’s possession for less than 10 days from the date the item was delivered except custom or bespoke orders

WHAT WE CANNOT TAKE BACK

Some items we cannot take back

These include:

  • Items which are no longer in BRAND new condition
  • Items missing certificates of authenticity
  • Items which are bespoke or custom
  • Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than 10 days from the date the item was delivered

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Be sure to inspect your items promptly upon receipt for shipping errors or manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise must be reported within ten business days of receipt
  • If the item is being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect or because we shipped the wrong item, G&H will pay for all shipping fees
  • If the item is being returned for any other reason, the shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer’s responsibility. This includes fees to return the item to our facility as well as fees related to shipping a replacement item to the customer, when applicable
  • We advise all customers to return their items via a carrier (like UPS or FedEx) that provides a tracking number. Return shipments which are lost in transit are not the responsibility of G&H
  • We inspect all returned items within five (5) to seven (7) business days of receipt. Any item that is received in a condition that is not new or that does not include all of its original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity, will be returned to the customer.
  • After the product’s original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, store credit or perform an exchange. Most refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Unless the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or because we shipped the wrong item, the original shipping fees associated with your order will not be refunded

JEWELLRY REPAIRS

Accidents happen. If you damage your jewelry in any way after the item has been in your possession for more than 15 days from the date of delivery, we can repair it for you! We offer excellent repairs at competitive industry prices.
